Sunderland Arts Centre
Proposals were developed for this mixed use development in the Sunniside area of Sunderland. The aim was to provide accommodation through a mix of sensitive re-development of existing buildings, coupled to elements of new build and establish Sunniside Gardens as a useable, vibrant public square to become the heart of the community.
The development was to incorporate an arts centre, event space, café, flexible office space and external public courtyards.
