Arcos Gardens

The brief for this project was to design the architectural elements of a new residential golf course project near Arcos de La Frontera. The challenge was to ensure that the design and development plan, for a period of approximately five years, would be adaptable enough to meet market requirements throughout this period. The first priority were the townhouses which are currently nearing completion.
The objective in this case was to maximise the space within a comfortable rustic setting and to combine traditional Spanish architecture with the desire to provide comfortable residences with up-to-date services and facilities.
The construction of the individual villas is also advanced having completed several of these recently. Given the site topography these have been designed on two main levels with a further lower ground floor to partly accommodate garage and ancillary accommodation. Following on from the concept of the townhouses, these have also been designed in traditional Spanish architecture. In general these properties have an overall built area of 360 m2.
