Villa Barrott
Villa Barrott – Sotogrande
The clients provided a very simple sketch to demonstrate their desired layout. They wanted a semi-private central courtyard area, whilst capturing elements of Thai design throughout the villa.
The design that was developed was laid out over three floors on a steep, sloping site using very simple lines and details and a small palate of materials. The main feature is the spectacular, Thai-influenced swimming pool with cascade, fountains and four separate Balés.
This 5-bed villa, which was built to a size of 890m2 and boasts magnificent views over the Mediterranean, was completed in early 2006.
